Well, what do you know?

My hair is officially black.

If you guys didn't know- it used to be dark brown with red underneath, but I soon grown tired of it.

I went to the salon like two days ago and want it completely light brown, but the lady said that you will still be able to see. I kept flipping through the pages of the colors until I got completely upset with myself to the point to where I just want it black.

Note to self: Never dye hair again.

Black looks okay on me. I sort of like it. Its just my friends that need to get used to it.

Anyways; these past days everyone has been talking about going to Jelani's house on Friday. Something about playing video games. My friend, Ariel, even asked me if I was going. I just told her:

"I wasn't invited."

Now, most of you don't know this, but my grandfather lives with and is very limited in so many ways. Meaning I have to do things for him and such. Today especially because he had to go to the hospital and I had to pick him up. (He told me ahead of time.)

Point is- I knew I probably couldn't go to Jelani's video game night, but he should have atleast asked me.

But then again it's probably some kind of friend boy thing. Ariel practically begged me to go because she was going to be the only girl there.

Nonetheless, I'm not too beat up about it. I mean, I do have a party to go to tomorrow.

It's not one of those big flashy parties. It's for my mom's friend's son's birthday party. He's turning one. (Awww!)

At first, I didn't want to go because I thought it was only going to be a kiddie party, but then I learned that later on into the night, they are going to stuff all the kids in a room and only the older ones get to have some fun.

Even so, knowing me, I probably just sit in a corner with the kids and just listen to music. I probably won't know anyone one there and if I just started dancing with some random person, I'm sure Genesis (my sister) will bound to tell Jelani.

Note to self: Stay away from guys tomorrow.

I pretty much have my outfit and stuff pciked out tomorrow, I just don't know what to do with this hair of mine. It seems so weird since I dyed it. I hope I can find something to with it by tomorrow before I'm stuck with a ponytail.

Tomorrow morning, though, my aunt said she was going to take my sisters and I to iHop for breakfast. I've only been to iHop like once in my life and that was with Jelani on Valentine's day. Even though I was so tempted to buy breakfast (at like 4 in the afternoon) I decided on this grilled chicken sandwhich stuff. It was pretty good except for the tomatoes. Jelani said they were just grilled, but they looked like old, wrinly, rotten red turds to me.

Oh- and today at English was so painful. Literally. We had a sub today and Ariel and I were just so happy. I blame the cookie Matthew gave me at lunch. Anyways, Ariel and I started playing that hand slapping game. Soon enough, Akeem, came in and decided to widen it up. Pretty soon it was a whole circle of people just slapping eachother's hands. After a while, I stood out. I couldn't take it anymore. My hand to sooo red. Ariel, on the other hand, did not give up. There was all these big guys hitting eachother anf then you see little Ariel in the middle.

To make a long story short: Her hands got swollen.

Hm.

That's pretty much all of it that happened today.

I'll probably just do some writing and figure out how to handle this hair of mine.

TTFN,

Sadie .
